SIN concentrates its main activities on children, adolescents and multimedia. The radical changes that come along with the development and spreading of information technologies influence our society profoundly. This increasingly concerns all kinds of educational areas. As an independent, multimedia hub SIN takes up new digital challenges in a practice-orientated and critical way and hands the resulting knowledge and experience over to pedagogically responsible and interested people. Our goal is to render the virtual maze of multimedia worlds transparent and accessible and to give media-educational impulses for a meaningfull use of digital technologies. To that end SIN plans, realizes, evaluates, and publishes projects, seminars, and educational guidelines. SIN is a new model. Its independent structure provides the basis to quickly and flexibly realize innovative multimedia impulses for a wide range of cultural work with children and adolescents.
